Target Information
STK32C (also known as YANK3) is a serine/threonine protein kinase (~486 amino acids) that requires magnesium for catalytic activity. Two isoforms are generated by alternative splicing. The protein undergoes serine phosphorylation by upstream kinases and is conserved across species including chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, and chicken.
