Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FIGF gene encodes a member of the PDGF/VEGF family involved in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth. The protein undergoes complex proteolytic maturation to generate multiple forms that activate VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 receptors. Structurally and functionally similar to vascular endothelial growth factor C.
