Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Bag1 forms a heterodimer with BCL-2, enhancing its anti-apoptotic effect.
Bax and Bak facilitate cytochrome c release from mitochondria, initiating apoptosis.
Overexpression or translocation of BCL2 is associated with follicular lymphoma and other cancers such as B-cell lymphoma and prostate cancer.
Two transcript variants of BCL-2 differ in their C-terminal ends.
