Target Information
NALP 단백질은 세포질 내 단백질로, CATERPILLER 패밀리의 하위군에 속하며 세포 증식과 생식 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
NALP10은 C-말단 leucine-rich repeat (LRR) 영역, N-말단 Pyrin domain (PYD), NACHT domain 및 NACHT-associated domain을 포함합니다.
초기에 PYNOD로 명명된 이 단백질은 Apaf-1 유사 단백질로 ASC, caspase-1, IL-1β에 결합하여 caspase-1의 자가절단 및 IL-1β 처리, ASC 응집을 억제합니다.
따라서 NALP10은 세포자멸사(apoptosis) 및 염증 반응의 강력한 조절 인자로 작용합니다.
