Target Information
EPHB3는 ephrin 수용체 계열에 속하는 receptor tyrosine kinase입니다. Eph 계열의 kinase는 신경계 발달, 혈관형성(angiogenesis), 신경 시냅스 형성과 성숙 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. Ephrin 리간드와 Eph 수용체는 상호 보완적으로 발현되며, 발달 중 및 성체 신경조직에서 거의 모든 Eph 수용체와 ephrin 리간드가 발현됩니다. Ephs와 ephrins는 혈관형성 과정에서도 중요한 기능을 수행합니다.
