- Functional ELISA: Immobilized Human CD155 (PVR) His-tag Recombinant Protein at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) binds human DNAM1 with EC₅₀ of 50–300 ng/mL.
- BLI Assay (DNAM1/CD226): Human CD226 Protein (hFc Tag) binds Human CD155 (PVR) His-tag Recombinant Protein with affinity constant of 0.87 µM (Sartorius Octet Red384).
- BLI Assay (TIGIT): Recombinant Human TIGIT Protein (hFc Tag) binds Human CD155 (PVR) His-tag Recombinant Protein with affinity constant of 0.18 µM (Sartorius Octet RED384).
Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL or lower.
It is recommended to aliquot and use as soon as possible.
Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
