Product Specific Information
- Recommended positive controls: 30 µg 293T whole cell lysate/extract, 30 µg WNT1-transfected 293T cell lysate/extract
- Predicted reactivity: Mouse (99%), Rat (99%), Zebrafish (81%), Bovine (99%)
- IHC notes: Requires antigen retrieval using heat-mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0)

Target Information
Wnt 단백질은 분비된 당단백질로, 조직 항상성, 세포 운명 결정, 증식 및 자가 재생을 조절하는 신호전달 경로를 활성화합니다. Canonical 경로는 Wnt가 Frizzled 수용체 및 LRP5/LRP6 코수용체에 결합하여 β-catenin 경로를 활성화시키며, 비정형(non-canonical) 경로는 Frizzled와 ROR2 수용체를 통해 활성화됩니다. 이러한 경로의 이상 조절은 암을 유발할 수 있습니다.
Human Wnt-1은 370 아미노산 전구체 단백질로, 분비 후 343 아미노산(42 kDa)의 성숙 형태로 절단됩니다. 성숙한 human Wnt-1은 mouse Wnt-1과 약 99% 동일하며, 발달 및 암 발생 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 Wnt-1 신호는 c-Myb의 인산화 및 분해를 유도할 수 있습니다.
