Target Information
CD15 (Lewis X, Le(x); stage specific embryonic antigen-1, SSEA-1)는 삼당체 결정 구조(3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine)로 여러 세포 유형의 당지질, 당단백질 및 프로테오글리칸에 발현됩니다. 예를 들어, 호중구, 비만세포, 단핵구, 대식세포, 위 점막 세포, 신경계 세포 및 다양한 종양 세포에서 발현됩니다. Lewis x에는 sialyl-Lewis x 또는 sulphated Lewis x와 같은 변형체가 존재합니다. Le(x) 항원이 높은 세포는 칼슘 의존적 Le(x)-Le(x) 상호작용을 기반으로 강한 자가 응집성을 보이며, 이는 배아 응집 또는 테라토카르시노마 세포의 자가 응집에 관여합니다. 또한 sialyl-Le(x) 및 그 이성질체 sialyl-Le(a)는 selectin의 리간드로 알려져 있습니다. CD15 발현은 Hodgkin 병 진단 확인에 널리 사용됩니다.
