The eBioPE-DLF monoclonal antibody reacts with phycoerythrin (PE), PE-Cy5, and PE-Cy7, with no cross-reactivity to fluorescein (FITC) or allophycocyanin (APC).
When used as a second-step antibody with an appropriate third step to bind a PE-conjugated primary antibody, it maintains the fluorescent intensity of the directly conjugated PE antibody without interference or quenching.
Useful for separation or staining of cells labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies.
Optimal concentration may vary depending on primary antibody density and application.
