Target Information
Putative ribosomal RNA methyltransferase 2 (FTSJ2), also named as FJH1 or Protein FTSJ homolog 2, is a 246 amino acid protein belonging to the methyl-transferase superfamily. FTSJ2 localizes in the nucleus and is widely expressed in muscle, placenta, and heart. It functions as a nucleolar RNA methyl-transferase involved in eukaryotic RNA processing and modification.
