Target Information
NME1은 고전이성 세포에서 mRNA 발현이 감소된 것으로 확인된 단백질입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A형(NME1)과 B형(NME2)으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 개의 전사 변이체가 존재합니다. 또한 NME1과 인접한 NME2 유전자의 공동 전사로 인해 NME1-NME2 융합 단백질이 생성될 수 있습니다.
