Target Information
RIP1 (Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1)는 세포사멸 및 염증 신호 전달에 관여하는 효소로, TNFR1 활성화 후 TRADD 및 TRAF2를 수용체에 모집합니다. TNF-alpha 의존적으로 DAB2IP를 Ser-728 위치에서 인산화하여 MAP3K5-JNK 경로를 활성화합니다. TRAF2에 의한 Lys-63 연결 유비퀴틴화는 NF-kappa-B 및 MAPK 경로 활성화를 매개하며, IKBKG/NEMO와 결합하여 염증 유전자 발현을 유도합니다. RIPK1과 RIPK3의 결합은 괴사 유도 복합체(necrosome)를 형성합니다.
