Target Information
NRAS (GTPase NRas)는 골지체와 세포막 사이를 이동하는 막 단백질로, ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 복합체에 의해 팔미토일화/탈팔미토일화 과정을 통해 조절됩니다. GTPase 활성을 가지며, GTP 결합형으로 활성화되고, 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환 인자에 의해 GDP 결합형으로 비활성화됩니다. NRAS 유전자 결함은 소아 골수단핵구 백혈병(JMML) 및 Noonan 증후군 6의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
