배경 (Background)
Adenylate cyclase is a membrane-bound enzyme that catalyzes the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP. Its enzymatic activity is regulated by several hormones, and signal transduction involves G proteins (Gs and Gi) that modulate the catalytic subunit of adenylyl cyclase.
