Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, nucleus, spindle, and midbody.
In migrating cerebellar granule cells, it appears filamentous adjacent to the nucleus and colocalizes with tubulin, dynein, and the microtubule organizing center.
Distributed throughout the cytoplasm of non-migrating cells, with a small proportion in the nucleus.
Localizes to the mitotic spindle in an EML4-dependent manner (PubMed:25789526).
