Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PAX3 (Paired Box 3) is a transcription factor involved in the development of the peripheral nervous system, melanocytes, vascular smooth muscle, and other derivatives. It regulates neurogenesis in pre-migratory neural crest cells and myogenic progenitors in the presomitic mesoderm and hypaxial somites. Alternative splicing results in isoforms with different C-termini.
