PAK 하위군은 C-말단 촉매 도메인과 CDC42 결합 도메인을 포함한 N-말단 조절 도메인을 가지며,
GCK 하위군(STK24 포함)은 N-말단 촉매 도메인과 CDC42 결합 도메인이 없는 C-말단 조절 도메인을 가집니다.
