Target Information
Glycoprotein-340 (GP340)는 scavenger receptor superfamily에 속하며, SP-D receptor로 알려진 단백질입니다. GP340은 칼슘 의존적 단백질-단백질 상호작용을 통해 SP-D와 결합하며, 주로 폐 조직에서 발견됩니다. 면역조직화학 분석 결과 폐포 대식세포에서 높은 발현을 보였으며, 타액에도 동일한 단백질(타액 응집소) 형태로 존재합니다. 두 형태 모두 DMBT1 유전자에 의해 인코딩됩니다.
