이 단백질의 활성은 아데닐산 사이클라아제를 활성화하는 G 단백질에 의해 매개되며, 뇌, 폐, 혈관, 간, 장관 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
또한 B-cell, 폐, 고환, 골수, 배아, 활막 등에서 유래한 EST에서도 분리되었습니다.
