The Applied Biosystems VeriFiler Plus PCR Amplification Kit is a highly discriminating, highly sensitive, and robust kit optimized for forensic casework.

This kit utilizes 6-dye chemistry and targets 25 markers — including 23 autosomal STRs (such as Penta D, Penta E) and two gender discrimination markers. These markers meet all CODIS and Chinese National DNA database requirements.

Casework Kit with Database Compatibility

Developed for compatibility between DNA databases and casework samples, the VeriFiler Plus kit amplifies all loci used in major databases, including the 20 core loci proposed by the Chinese Ministry of Public Security. With 25 markers, it provides extremely high discrimination power for confident matching of casework samples to database profiles.
