Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ADAMTS-1 belongs to the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif) family.
These proteins share modules such as a propeptide region, metalloproteinase domain, disintegrin-like domain, and thrombospondin type 1 (TS) motif.
ADAMTS-1 contains two disintegrin loops and three C-terminal TS motifs, exhibiting anti-angiogenic activity. Its expression is associated with inflammatory processes and cancer cachexia, and is essential for normal growth, fertility, and organ morphology and function.
