For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MSMB protein belongs to the immunoglobulin binding factor family. It is synthesized by epithelial cells of the prostate gland and secreted into seminal plasma. This protein exhibits inhibin-like activity and may function as an autocrine/paracrine factor in uterine, breast, and other female reproductive tissues. Expression of MSMB is decreased in prostate cancer. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms are known, and alternate polyadenylation sites have been described.
