Target Information
PADI4 (Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase 4)는 단백질의 아르기닌 잔기를 시트룰린으로 변환하는 효소로, 히스톤 H3의 Arg-8 및 Arg-17, 히스톤 H4의 Arg-3을 시트룰린화하여 메틸화를 억제하고 전사를 억제합니다. 또한 EP300/P300의 Arg-2142를 시트룰린화하여 NCOA2/GRIP1과의 상호작용을 촉진합니다.
