Target Information
CRTH2 (GPR44)는 Th2 세포에 발현되는 화학유인 수용체로, prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) 및 prostaglandin D receptor의 수용체로 알려져 있습니다.
CRTH2는 Th2 세포와 호산구의 PGD2에 대한 화학주성을 매개하며, 알레르기 반응 시 이러한 세포의 모집에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CRTH2 결손 마우스는 폐 내 호산구 모집이 증가하고 IL-5 및 IL-3 생성이 증가하는 것으로 보고되어, CRTH2가 호산구증 및 알레르기 반응을 제한하는 역할을 함을 시사합니다.
또한 CRTH2는 G 단백질 결합 백혈구 화학유인 수용체 패밀리의 새로운 구성원으로, Th2 세포에서 선택적으로 발현됩니다.
중추신경계, 말초조직, 혈액세포 등에서도 발현되며, 특히 활성화된 Th2 세포에서 높게 발현됩니다.
두 가지 전사체(3.5 kb, 3.4 kb)가 보고되었으며, 각각 뇌 및 태아 간, 백혈구, 흉선에서 발현됩니다.
