Target Information
EHD2 유전자는 EH domain-containing 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질들은 C-말단 EF-hand 도메인, N-말단의 뉴클레오타이드 결합 부위, 이중 핵 내 위치 신호를 특징으로 합니다.
EHD2 단백질은 N-말단 도메인을 통해 액틴 세포골격과 상호작용하며, C-말단 EH 도메인을 통해 EH 도메인 결합 단백질과 결합합니다. 이러한 상호작용은 클라트린 의존적 엔도사이토시스와 액틴을 연결하여, EHD2가 엔도사이토시스 경로에 관여함을 시사합니다.
