Target Information
Class III viral fusion protein으로, 바이러스와 숙주 엔도솜 막의 융합을 매개하여 숙주 세포 내로의 진입을 유도합니다.
수용체 매개 내재화 후, gp64는 낮은 pH 환경에서 융합 가능한 상태로 구조적 변화를 일으키며, 세포 융합 이후 핵산단백질이 세포질로 방출됩니다.
또한 바이러스 출아(budding) 과정에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
