For IHC (P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides should be incubated with a biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

Receptor for UTP and UDP coupled to G-proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Not activated by ATP or ADP.
