Target Information
PRKACG (PRKAC gamma)는 cAMP-dependent protein kinase의 촉매 서브유닛의 세 번째 isoform입니다. 인간 고환 cDNA 라이브러리에서 분리되었으며, C-alpha 및 C-beta와는 구별되는 독립적인 유전자에서 유래했습니다.
아미노산 수준에서 C-alpha와 C-beta는 93%의 상동성을 보이지만, C-gamma는 두 서브유닛과 약 80%의 상동성을 나타냅니다. PRKACG 유전자는 intron이 없으며, poly(A) tail의 잔여물과 직접 반복 서열을 포함하고, PRKACA 유전자와 공선형입니다.
