PAK7 (KIAA1264)는 세포골격 역학, 증식, 세포 생존 신호 조절에 관여하는 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 CDC42/Rac1 결합 모티프를 포함하며, GTP 존재 시 CDC42와 결합합니다.
주로 뇌에서 발현되며, 신경돌기 성장 촉진 및 미세소관 안정화에 관여합니다.
세포주기 진행 중 세포내 위치가 엄격히 조절되며, 동일 단백질을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 보고되었습니다.
