Target Information
CDC20은 anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C)의 완전한 유비퀴틴 리가제 활성을 위해 필요하며, 복합체의 기질 특이성을 부여할 수 있습니다. MAD2L1에 의해 조절되며, metaphase에서는 MAD2L1-CDC20-APC/C 삼중 복합체로 비활성 상태이고 anaphase에서는 CDC20-APC/C 이중 복합체로 활성화되어 기질 분해를 촉진합니다. 또한 postmitotic 뉴런에서 시냅스 소포의 클러스터링을 양성 조절하며, CDC20-APC/C에 의한 NEUROD2 분해는 presynaptic 분화를 유도합니다.
