Target Information
S1P1은 생리활성 라이소스핑고리피드인 sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P)에 대한 G-단백질 결합 수용체로, G(i) 계열 이형 G단백질과 결합합니다. S1P1 신호전달은 RAC1, SRC, PTK2/FAK1, MAP kinase의 활성화를 유도하며, actin 세포골격 재조직과 lamellipodia 형성을 통해 세포 이동에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 S1P1은 sphingosine 1-phosphate에 대한 정상적인 주화성, 배아 심장 발달 및 심장 형태형성에 필수적입니다.
