For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RASD2 (Rhes, TEM2) is a small GTP-binding protein predominantly expressed in the striatal region of the brain. It belongs to the RASD subfamily of Ras-related GTP-binding proteins and is implicated in normal brain development and function.
Mice lacking this gene show increased anxiety and motor coordination deficits.
Rhes was identified as tumor endothelial marker 2 (TEM2), a gene upregulated in tumor endothelium. TEMs are significantly upregulated during angiogenesis and neoangiogenesis, processes critical for solid tumor growth.
TEMs localized on the cell surface and conserved across species are of particular interest for anti-angiogenic therapy development.
