Target Information
NME3 mRNA는 고도로 정제된 CD34(+) 세포의 조혈 분화 초기 단계에서 우세하게 발현됩니다. 성장인자 의존적인 골수 전구세포주에서 NME3의 지속적 발현은 과립구 분화를 억제하고, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor에 의해 유도된 분화 과정에서 세포자멸사를 유발합니다. 이러한 결과는 NME3 유전자가 정상 조혈 과정에서 역할을 하며, 과발현 시 만성 골수성 백혈병의 폭발적 변환(blastic transformation)과 관련된 분화 정지 현상에 기여할 가능성을 시사합니다.
