For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The product of this gene is an epsilon subunit of the coatomer protein complex.
Coatomer is a cytosolic complex that binds to dilysine motifs and associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles.
It is essential for retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins and consists of multiple subunits (alpha, beta, beta’, gamma, delta, epsilon, and zeta).
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
