Target Information

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases는 해당 아미노산을 tRNA에 결합시키는 효소군입니다. HARS2 단백질은 histidyl-tRNA 합성에 관여하며, 단백질 생합성 조절에 보조적인 역할을 합니다. 이 유전자는 HARS와 염색체 5번 상에서 head-to-head 방향으로 위치하며, 양쪽 유전자가 bidirectional promoter를 공유합니다. HARS2 유전자 변이는 Perrault syndrome(난소형성부전 및 감각신경성 난청 관련 질환)과 연관되어 있습니다. 다양한 전사체 변이가 존재합니다.
