Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene contains a RING finger motif involved in protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions. It is abundantly expressed in the testicular tissue of fertile men but not in azoospermic patients. Mouse studies suggest a role as a testis-specific transcription factor during spermatogenesis.
