Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집 및 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰 빌레브란트 인자, 비트로넥틴 등의 결합에 관여합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, 세포 표면에서 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합합니다.
혈소판과 거핵세포에서는 CD41과, 내피세포·단핵구·골파괴세포에서는 CD51과 함께 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 신호전달에 참여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 같은 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
