For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MSMB protein belongs to the immunoglobulin binding factor family. It is synthesized by epithelial cells of the prostate gland and secreted into seminal plasma. The protein exhibits inhibin-like activity and may function as an autocrine/paracrine factor in uterine, breast, and other female reproductive tissues. Expression levels are often decreased in prostate cancer. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported, along with the use of alternate polyadenylation sites.
