This monoclonal Rat anti-Mouse IgG2a reacts specifically with mouse IgG2a and exhibits no cross-reactivity with other mouse IgG subclasses, IgA, IgM, or light chains.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules. Secondary antibodies enhance assay versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
