Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), such as GPR34, are integral membrane proteins containing seven putative transmembrane domains. These proteins mediate intracellular signaling via activation of heterotrimeric G proteins, which subsequently activate various effector proteins, leading to physiological responses.
