Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제 용도로 사용됩니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 민감도를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 숙주 동물을 대상으로 목표 종의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생산하며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 추가 정제를 통해 높은 특이성을 갖춘 시약으로 제조됩니다.
