Target Information
NKp46 (CD335, NCR1) is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that contributes to the enhanced efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells in mediating tumor cell lysis. It consists of two Ig-like domains and is structurally related to leukocyte immunoglobulin-like (LIR) and killer inhibitory receptors (KIR).
