Reconstitution: 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size. The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, it should be stored at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, small aliquots should be kept at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the neuropilin family of receptor proteins. The encoded transmembrane protein binds to SEMA3C and SEMA3F proteins and interacts with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
This protein may play roles in cardiovascular development, axon guidance, and tumorigenesis.
Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
