Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPCR GPR115 belongs to the orphan subfamily. ESTs have been isolated from breast, heart, and placenta libraries.
