- Description: Monoclonal rat IgG1 kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Applications Reported: Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
- Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
- Fluorophore Characteristics: Alexa Fluor 660 emits at 690 nm and is suitable for spectral cytometers where it can be multiplexed with APC, Alexa Fluor 647, and Alexa Fluor 700.
