이 F(ab)-Goat anti-Mouse IgG1 Fc 항체는 Mouse IgG1 Fc 영역에 특이적인 염소 폴리클로날 F(ab) 단편 항체입니다. Mouse IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 및 기타 종(rat, rabbit, guinea pig, bovine, hamster, horse, sheep, human, monkey, donkey IgG, chicken IgY)과의 교차반응은 거의 없으며, rat IgG2a와 약한 교차반응을 보일 수 있습니다.
F(ab) 단편 항체는 전체 IgG보다 작은 크기(~50 kD)로 조직 침투성이 향상되고, Fc 영역이 없어 Fc 수용체에 의한 비특이적 배경 염색을 줄여줍니다. 이러한 특성은 IHC, ICC, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot 등에서 향상된 신호 대 잡음비를 제공합니다.
사용 팁:
실험 전에 단백질 결합체 용액을 마이크로센트리퓨지로 짧게 원심분리하고 상등액만 사용하십시오. 저장 중 형성된 단백질 응집체를 제거하여 비특이적 염색을 줄일 수 있습니다.
