The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
Repulsive Guidance Molecule B (RGMB) is primarily expressed in the central nervous system. RGMA and RGMB both appear at every level of the developing neural axis, colocalizing in the mantle layer. RGMA appears in the neuroepithelium, while RGMB is found in the peripheral nervous system. During development, both RGMA and RGMB are expressed in lung and limb cartilage, with RGMB also found in pancreas.
