Target Information
CD30 (Ki-1, TNF Receptor Superfamily Member 8)은 TNF receptor superfamily에 속하는 type I transmembrane glycoprotein입니다.
CD30은 Hodgkin 및 Reed-Sternberg 세포의 표면 항원으로 처음 확인되었으며, 리간드는 CD30L(CD153)입니다. CD30–CD30L 결합은 세포 증식, 활성화, 분화 및 세포사멸을 포함한 다양한 생리적 반응을 매개합니다.
CD30은 Hodgkin 림프종 및 기타 CD30+ 림프종의 병태생리에 중요한 역할을 하며, 자가면역 반응을 억제하는 데 기여합니다. 또한, 활성화된 T/B 세포, 일부 비호지킨 림프종, 바이러스 감염 세포에서도 발현됩니다.
Soluble CD30(sCD30)은 Th2 면역 반응의 지표로 사용됩니다. TRAF2 및 TRAF5 단백질과 상호작용하여 NF-κB 신호전달을 유도하며, 두 가지 splice variant가 보고되어 있습니다.
CD30은 Hodgkin lymphoma, Reed-Sternberg 세포 및 대부분의 Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma(ALCL) 세포에서 발현되며, embryonal carcinoma에서도 발현이 확인됩니다.
