Target Information
RRP8는 eNoSC (energy-dependent nucleolar silencing) 복합체의 필수 구성 요소로, 세포 내 에너지 상태에 따라 rDNA의 전사를 억제합니다. 이 복합체는 히스톤 변형 효소를 모집하여 히스톤 H3의 탈아세틸화 및 H3K9me2 형성을 유도합니다. RRP8은 H3K9me2에 결합하며, 메틸트랜스퍼레이스로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다.
