- In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TLL-2 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhBMP-2, -3, -3b, -4, -5, -6, -7, -8, -9, -10, and -15 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein capable of inducing cartilage formation in vivo.
Although other bone morphogenetic proteins are members of the TGF-beta superfamily, this gene encodes a protein not closely related to other known growth factors.
It is expressed as alternatively spliced variants sharing an N-terminal protease domain but differing in their C-terminal regions.
